Hatha Flow Yoga

Hatha word means Force in Sanskrit. Ancient Indian believed that it is the practice with challenging that tends to force our body for aims the good result to happen to yogi. This is branch of yoga which concentrated on physical health & mental well being. The exercise basically include: body posture (asana), breathing technique (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana), in dynamic flow sequence in coordination with the nose breathes. Also come along with beautiful instrumental music will help you more relax and focus into your exercise. Goals: bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear peaceful mind.
