I have been teaching yoga and massage for 6 years. I studied Iyengar yoga, and injury training. Thank God, some people who have succeeded I helped in improving body posture with the breathing yoga movement and doing nerve point massage. My motivation is to provide knowledge about the importance of self-respect by maintaining health, because health is very valuable. With the yoga movement, mind control, body and soul will be stable and the body needs adequate respiratory intake. Then we will have inner peace.
