Lya Loeb special class of a yoga wheel with traditional asanas. Designed to open up areas that are typically tight due to modern-day living – the yoga wheel expands the chest and shoulders, stretches the hip flexors and rejuvenates the spine. Practising with the yoga wheel creates a unique overall opening experience. Some pranayama and meditation may be included.

Bring your own mat and wheel.

  1. プログラム日の14日以上前にキャンセルの通知を受け取った場合、プログラム料金は返金され、50,000ルピアの合計が管理費としてカラーヨガによって差し引かれます。 プログラム日の14日以内にキャンセルされた場合、払い戻しは行われません。
  2. Colour Yogaは、いかなる状況においても航空券またはホテルの返金について責任を負わないものとします。 地元のプログラムコーディネーターがカラーヨガでプログラムを確認する前に、旅行の手配をしないでください。
  3. プログラムがColour Yogaによってキャンセルされた場合、その場合は全額返金されます。
