How yoga can boost your immunity naturally?
Yoga has been used for centuries in keeping the body functioning fit and fine, holistically. However, the benefits of yoga are not just limited to stress relief and mental wellness.
If practised properly, yoga can recharge your body, get rid of the toxins, negative energy and keep your vital organs functioning well. It can help you build resilience both inside and out. Certain yoga positions can help support, balance and boost the immune system. It can also help fight oxidative stress which poses a risk to the healthy cells. If done regularly, yoga reduces stress systemically in the body, which in turn, cuts down inflammation and degeneration.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- If notice of cancellation is received 14 or more days prior to the program date, program fee will be refunded and the sum of Rp 50,000 shall be deducted by Colour Yoga as an expense of administration. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the program date.
- Colour Yoga shall not be responsible for refunding airline tickets or hotels under any circumstances. Please don't make any travel arrangements before local program coordinator confirms the program with Colour Yoga.
- If the program is canceled by Colour Yoga, in which event you will receive a full refund.
