Power Yoga is a great big style of yoga. We don't need any equipment here, just our bodies and space, and a sweet connection. Maybe you remember when you were a kid and you did jumping jacks. We will doing jumping jacks, getting the blood flowing, the heart pumping. All you need to bring is a mat and some water and you’re good to go! Get ready to sweat!

Yoga is an excellent way for older adults to loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress and improve circulation. It also protects join and builds strength and balance. Even for frail seniors or those who aren't flexible can safely do the exercises using a chair.
This class is for anyone who has just practiced yoga for the first time. In this yoga class, taught basic movements for beginners so that practitioners can gain knowledge about their respective body awareness and prepare them for advanced classes such as Hatha yoga.
As you progress, you can take on more challenging poses but it's a good idea to keep things simple when you're just starting out.
