After more than 15 years of focusing on physical sports, I began my journey as a yoga instructor in 2009. Subsequently, I started teaching Pilates in 2010, followed by Floating Yoga and Body Balance. I also delved into studying TRX, Bosu, and Rumble Roller at one of the largest fitness centers in Indonesia. Eventually, I made the decision to turn inward, exploring healing techniques through breathwork and sound healing.
